Were on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Franchise Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this high-impact role, youll work directly with franchisees to craft and implement powerful marketing strategies tailored to their local markets, while helping them understand and leverage digital channels to grow their businesses.

- Franchise Support: Act as a trusted resource and advisor, helping franchisees navigate their marketing challenges with confidence and clarity.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with franchisees to develop integrated, location-specific marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house PPC, SEO, and social media teams to customize marketing strategies that align with each franchisees goals and local market dynamics.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Guide the planning and rollout of digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, interpret marketing data, and deliver insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Knowledge Sharing: Promote the adoption of proven tactics and share high-performing strategies from across the franchise network.
- Reporting & Insights: Regularly update the Marketing Director on performance trends, opportunities for improvement, and franchisee feedback.
- Relevant Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, strategic planning, or account management. Experience in franchising, multi-location businesses, or home services is a strong asset.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big-picture while also diving into the details to help franchisees execute effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Confident in presenting strategies, explaining results, and influencing stakeholders across varying levels of marketing experience.
- Organized & Accountable: Comfortable managing multiple accounts, prioritizing requests, and delivering quality work under tight timelines.
- Results-Oriented: Passionate about using data to drive continuous improvement and long-term franchisee success.
