Role Product Owner/Agile Coach

YOUR POWER PLAY ROLE
Reporting to the Agile Practice Director (COE & Practice), you will be empowered to:
Showcase and enhance your agile coach competencies of coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation for fostering learning & adaptive culture
Contributing to the Organization's Agile Transformation Vision, Roadmap, Strategy and Execution based on SAFe or other scaling frameworks
Proactively analyze and make recommendations for improvements to existing agile organizational practices and patterns at the Portfolio, Program, and team level, identify ways to improve Organization's agile maturity
Develop and update orientation and training content to enhance agile practices and mindset
Maintain best practices, tools, templates, and other content to support agile implementation and communities of practice for team as well as team of teams under portfolio
Share best practices and insights for across the organization to remove impediments to the implementation of Agile
Development and execution support of Agile transformation strategies within different Portfolio and/or Programs.
Providing upskilling recommendations for RTEs, Scrum Masters, POPM and other relevant agile roles based on the suitable methods, practices, and agile frameworks.
Knowledge and Skills
SAFe Strategist & executor - Experience in executing SAFe transformations, PI Plannings, ART Sync, Mentoring People and fostering learning & experimentation culture
Facilitation of I&A, Lean Portfolio Canvas workshop, VSM Mapping, Problem-solving and backlog designing workshops to identify potential solutions to opportunities and problems identified at the Portfolio and Program level. Passionate problem solver and negotiator who succeeds in ambiguous situations
Discipline expert in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, TDD/XP, BDD and scaling these practices.
Work requires seasoned knowledge and a command of Agile methods and practical implementation of these practices.
Agile methodology training & Certifications Agile Coach Certification from Industry recognized bodies (e.g.,Scrum Alliance, Scrm.Org, ICAgile, Kanban University, PMI etc.)
Strong communication skills with experience in delivering programs, training, workshops that influence

Work Experience
Preference to Certified SPC with 10+ years of overall experience in being part of or managing large programs and/or Product lifecycle
3+ years of related experience being an Agile Coach for large scale agile transformations
2+years of related experience being a Program level coach and/or RTE
5+ years of experience at team level as SM or PO or PM
Experience and understanding of Design Thinking, DEVSECOPS, SRE, Change management practices etc.
Experience and Coaching using HSD, Clean Language, Spiral Dynamics, Systemic coaching Agenda Shift, etc. for people transformation
Experience in APM Tools like Jira, Jira Align, Rally, Confluence etc. and facilitation tools like Miro, Mural etc. is must
Experience coaching in distributed Agile delivery environments and facilitate remote workshops
Certification from ICAgile, PMI, ScrumAlliance on Agile Coaching will be a great addition
Experience in Cohorts and Dojo learning mechanism will be a plus
