What Youll Do
Grow the Reseller & Storefront Network. Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard partners, including resellers, training schools, and other potential resellers and Storefront Partners across both Canada and Global markets.
Manage Key Accounts. Develop strong relationships with existing partners,
supporting their growth through marketing alignment, platform training, and ongoing sales enablement.
Build Strong Relationships. Cultivate long-term connections with partners, providing the tools and support they need to succeed.
Drive Revenue. Meet or exceed your annual target by closing repeatable deals, increasing storefront sales, and upselling premium offerings.
Conduct Discovery & Demos. Understand the goals of each partner and recommend the right solutions, whether thats co-branded storefronts, white-label portals, or content licensing.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing. Align outreach strategies, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns to support partner success.
Deliver Presentations. Represent WKT at trade shows, virtual demos, industry conferences, and regional networking events.
Track and Report. Maintain detailed records in FreshSales CRM, follow sales processes, and provide regular updates to the Sales Director.
What Were Looking For
35 years of experience in B2B sales, channel development, or partnership management
Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Experience in training, SaaS, or regulated industries is a strong asset
Familiarity with training needs in major B2B industries such as Energy, Construction, Transportation or Finance is highly valued
Skilled in solution selling with a consultative approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
CRM-savvy and metrics-minded (FreshSales experience is a plus)
Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events (approx. 1520%)
