We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in vendor onboarding with a primary focus on conversion and integration, from initial phase to completion, in the health benefits administration/ claim management space In this role, you will be responsible for managing the integration of high-volume transaction systems, ensuring seamless vendor collaboration, and driving successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vendor integration and onboarding processes, ensuring governance, compliance with organizational and industry standards from initial phase through to execution
• Manage the implementation of high-volume transaction systems within a Microsoft-based infrastructure.
• Oversee projects related to health claim management, ensuring seamless system interoperability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to align with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, to drive successful project outcomes.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution of vendor-related integrations.
• Utilize Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies to ensure best practices in project execution.
• Report on project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Proven experience in vendor integration and onboarding
• Experience with governance, compliance with organizational and industry standards
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and related technologies is an ASSET
• Experience with health benefits/claims management systems and high-volume transaction processing is an ASSET
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare benefits administration /claims management. insurance, or financial services industries is an ASSET
• Experience with governance, compliance and regulatory requirements in health claims processing is an ASSET
