Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director you will:

  • Maintain knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulatory and compliance climate as it impacts service and/or clients
  • Conduct additional research as necessary to resolve internal or external queries.
  • Proactively manage daily workflow and ensure set deadlines are met
  • Review of tax documentation/self-certification forms for completeness and reasonableness in accordance with regulatory requirements and investor KYC
  • Quality control of FATCA and CRS information in TA systems
  • Prepare annual FATCA and CRS returns for client delivery/approval and submission of same to local jurisdictional tax portals
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as Client Operations, Investor Operations and Client Integration, to ensure all internal and external deliverables are met
  • Contribute to system developments to support the business and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients and vendors, acting as a point of contact for all FATCA and CRS queries
  • Ensure all processes are performed in accordance with operational procedures and controls and maintain a high degree of accuracy at all times.
  • Respond to various stakeholder queries in a comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Provide reporting updates to and attendance of Board of Directors meetings
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
  • Previous working experience in Fund Admin industry related to FATCA is preferred (2-3 years)
  • Min. 2 years' experience in a fund administration role or similar
  • Understanding of fund structures, investor life-cycle and tax reporting
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
