Job Title: Senior Portfolio Administrator
Location: Downtown (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Administrator to join their team. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in wealth management operations and client reporting. The successful candidate will support portfolio management activities, client service functions, and ensure the accurate administration of investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile client investment portfolios, including trade processing and cash management.

  • Prepare performance reports, account statements, and client documentation.

  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to support investment strategies and client presentations.

  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records.

  • Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and professional service.

  • Support new client onboarding and account setup processes.

  • Monitor portfolio transactions, including dividends, interest, and corporate actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in portfolio administration or a similar role.

  • Proficiency with portfolio management software and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication and client service skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
