Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Administrator to join their team. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in wealth management operations and client reporting. The successful candidate will support portfolio management activities, client service functions, and ensure the accurate administration of investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile client investment portfolios, including trade processing and cash management.
Prepare performance reports, account statements, and client documentation.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to support investment strategies and client presentations.
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records.
Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and professional service.
Support new client onboarding and account setup processes.
Monitor portfolio transactions, including dividends, interest, and corporate actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in portfolio administration or a similar role.
Proficiency with portfolio management software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
In-depth knowledge of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
