Job Responsibilities:

Main Objective: Manage independent contract drivers and design incentive schemes to drive delivery efficiency to increase customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for the management of the independent contractors, including EHS checking and guidance.
• Improve the work efficiency of the delivery driver team based on data and continuously improve customer (end-user) satisfaction
• Handle various kinds of delivery emergencies in a timely manner
• Liaising with Marketing, and business development to align strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and revenue.
