As a Real Estate Analyst Intern,

due diligence, financial analysis, and reporting,

key responsibilities
collaborationPartner with senior leadership,
to support the execution of ongoing real estate projects.
Assist with supporting the team in optimizing operational performance.

Clean, validate, and ensure the integrity of property and market data,
to facilitate accurate financial modeling and reporting.procurement Assist with various tasks related to sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors and contracts for real estate-related services and products.
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors, contractors, and service providers for real estate projects.
Help in preparing and reviewing procurement documents,
such as requests for proposals (RFPs), contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
Ensure all documents are accurate and complete.report preparation and analysisAssist in preparing market research reports for internal stakeholders.
Contribute to internal audits,
ensuring data accuracy and alignment with company standards.
Support the development of Quality Management Reports in collaboration with the Quality Manager.market research and analysisConduct in-depth research on market trends,
rental rates, and emerging trends in residential sectors.due diligence supportAssist in conducting thorough due diligence for potential acquisitions or dispositions,
reviewing key documents such as financial statements, lease agreements, and property inspection reports.administrative support
Perform administrative tasks related to project management, scheduling, and document preparation.
Assist with property inspections and on-site evaluations as needed.
Support the development and maintenance of internal guidelines and,
company documentation related to property management.
- currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
familiarity with Power BI is an asset - strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- familiarity with key financial metrics,
such as, IRR, cap rate, NOI - excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and,
meet deadlines - excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and findings to senior management
- previous experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis,
such as, internships, coursework, or part-time work,
is preferred, but not required.
