Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our supply chain IT products. In this role, you'll define the product vision and strategy, ensuring they align with company goals and meet customer needs. You will work closely with teams from engineering, design, marketing, and sales to take products from idea to launch and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, conducting research, gathering customer feedback, and managing product roadmaps. You will also track product performance and use data to make decisions and improve the product. Experience with Agile processes, product management tools, and supply chain or fulfillment industries is preferred..
Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Identify market opportunities and establish product goals to meet customer needs.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Monitor industry trends to anticipate changes and adjust product strategies accordingly.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points.
Use customer insights to drive product improvements and prioritization.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track progress.
Analyze product performance data to make informed decisions and optimize outcomes
Experience and QualificationsMin 3-5 years managing supply chain IT services, products or projects implementation.
Bachelors degree in engineering, or masters degree in business administration (MBA).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes.
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with supply chain and Fulfillment industry (Good to have)
Additional certifications in product management.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
