What you'll do:

Lead with Purpose: Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations while ensuring we deliver an amazing guest experience.

Team Empowerment: Mentor and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth.

Customer Centric Approach: Assisting the General Manager in developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring our community feels valued and heard.

Community Connector: Curate events and partnerships within the local community, turning our hotel into a hub for creativity, interaction, and connection.

Financial Stewardship: Assisting the General Manager with annual budgets, financial planning, and ensuring profitability - while also being resource-wise and mindful of our impact on the environment. You'll gain hands-on experience managing costs and understanding revenue streams, paving the way for your future financial successes.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in relevant leadership roles and a minimum of 5 years customer service experience.

Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for the industry with a deep commitment to guest satisfaction and a track record of fostering a positive team culture

Creative Mindset: You're not afraid to think outside the box and adapt quickly in a changing environment

Digital Savvy: You're comfortable using the latest hospitality software and social media to engage guests and promote our unique offerings

Sustainability Champion: a passion for promoting environmentally friendly practices

Leadership skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team - you're a natural relationship builder!
