We are adding a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to our team at our facility in Leamington. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs to drive overall operational success.

• $70-$75K annually

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and space utilization
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures using lean manufacturing principles
• Analyze production variances, quality issues, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee equipment layout planning, new installations, and process improvements
