Job SummaryThe Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the clients needs.
Responsibilities
  • Assistance with personal care and hygiene
  • Meal Preparation
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Accompany clients on outings
  • Shopping and errands
  • Medication Assist/ Reminders
  • Ambulation and transporting of clients
  • Provide companionship to clients
  • Ability to follow care-plan
  • Documentation/Charting
Qualifications
  • Must have vehicle and valid drivers license
  • Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to travel around Greater Vancouver Area
  • Access to Internet/mobile phone
