Position Summary
The Marketing & Creative Services Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives for the Belleville Senators, leveraging experience in marketing communications, graphic design, and creative photography/video. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced sports environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Advertising Execution:
- Support multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, paid, and traditional media) to promote ticket sales, group experiences, premium seating, and merchandise.
- Assist with season seat membership renewals and other sales-driven initiatives.
- Help create and distribute marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and engaging content.
Creative & Brand Management:
- Assist with photography and video production for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with copywriting, including press releases and promotional content.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to develop advertising, website content, and social media materials.
- Support sales presentations, sponsorship decks, and promotional graphics.
Project & Asset Coordination:
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
- Research industry trends and fan engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, visual communications, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Photography and videography experience
- Experience with Canva and various digital marketing tools.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and creating digital content.
- Background in sports marketing and B2B communications is an asset.
