You will
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent communication program with tenants regarding Carlingwood Malls marketing and promotional strategies while supporting their unique goals and objectives
- Responsible for the creation, delivery, and implementation of an annual marketing plan and budget, with the goals of increasing traffic, guest engagement, and sales for the Centre
- Lead the Community Ambassador team managing, hiring, training and developing the team to deliver Anthems service culture
- Build and maintain positive relationships with seasonal tenants and the real estate community: retailers, tenants, brokers and tenant reps
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special events, and oversee the execution of the Centres creative and messaging strategies to create brand awareness, promote tenants, and campaigns
- Grow and manage social media communities through regular and engaging content creation
- Leverage and maintain the website to ensure content is timely, compelling, relevant, and on-brand
- Secure partnerships and source vendors for programming
- Oversee the Gift Card program
- Track and analyze performance metrics and results, and leverage various forms of market data
- Maintain and enhance communications with customers, retailers, and community stakeholders
- Coordinate non-profit and community group bookings and/or pop-up tenants, ensure adherence to license provisions
- Collaborates with the Leasing team to implement the seasonal and temp leasing business plan.
- Liaise with corporate marketing team to ensure brand standards are met
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of relevant industry activity and trends

- 5 years of previous work experience, preferably in events, marketing, and/or leasing (shopping centre experience an asset)
