We're on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our client's high-performance 360 recruitment
team. If you're a pro at keeping clients happy, managing end-to-end search projects, and
delivering talent solutions that hit the mark, this role was made for you.
As the Account Manager, you'll run point on multiple recruitment projects, working closely
with sourcing experts to match top-tier sales talent with client needs. You'll manage client
relationships with a focus on growth, quality, and long-term impact. This is a part relationship-builder, part project manager, part sales strategist position!
What you'll be doing
- Managing recruitment searches from kickoff to close
- Partnering with clients to deeply understand their hiring goals
- Collaborating with sourcers to deliver A-level candidates
- Hitting KPIs and placement targets
- Driving growth through referrals, repeat business, and smart relationship management
- Keeping CRM data clean, current, and meaningful
- Contributing to process improvements and team wins
What they're looking for
- 3+ years managing recruitment projects (headhunting and/or executive search experience is a
plus)
- Track record of exceeding sales and placement goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid project management chops and attention to detail
- CRM-savvy (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- A growth mindset and love for continuous improvement
