The Carpenter is responsible for crafting, assembling, and repairing exhibit booth cabinets and components to maintain On Brand standards. Responsible to complete work submitted through work orders according to the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to Impact XM policies and processes efficiently and accurately;
• Construct custom exhibits;
• Ensure that custom fabrication department is always clean and in tour condition;
• Design and make templates, jigs and fixtures for production of furniture and other products;
• Prepare specifications of article to be made;
• Build and fit crates for shipping;
• Laminate cabinet and furniture components;
• Able to complete all custom fabrication work in a timely and efficient manner;
• Able to fill out detailed production paperwork and reports;
• Trim joints and fit parts together;
• Prepare and apply solid surfaces;
• Prepare and apply metal and plastic laminates;
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications;
• Prepare and apply veneers;
• Sand wooden surfaces;
• Set up and operate saws and other woodworking machines to cut, shape and form parts.
• Ability to use the CNC Machine
