Our client, Pasutto Media, founded by the visionary entrepreneur Justin Pasutto, is a forward-thinking digital media company recognized for its creativity and innovative approach to storytelling. With expertise in media, marketing, and branding, Justin has positioned the company as a leader in the digital space, creating high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms. They are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Content Creator & Project Manager for a 16-month temporary contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to full-time hours depending on the candidate's availability.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You'll work closely with Justin and the team, contributing to content strategy, partnerships, and creative direction. Your role will involve photography, videography, content editing, social media management, blog writing, and basic graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, edit, and create photos, videos, posts, reels, and social media content, while ensuring organization of media files in Dropbox;
  • Develop concepts for paid partnerships, coordinate shoots, and finalize content submissions;
  • Post content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and engage with audiences in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate on blog posts, including travel, partnerships, and gift guides, while incorporating product links;
  • Assist with basic graphic design using Photoshop or Canva;
  • Manage external communications, coordinate calendars, attend meetings, and take minutes;
  • Plan content for each season, update the Amazon storefront weekly, and support content strategy;
  • Analyze performance data and optimize social media content;
  • Coordinate logistics for photo/video shoots, including location scouting, talent, and props;
  • Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies to ensure fresh and relevant content.
  • Contribute to content ideation and assist with additional ad-hoc projects.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography is required;
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and best practices;
  • Proficiency in editing tools (Lightroom, Capcut, Photoshop, Canva);
  • Experience with social media management tools (Later, Linktree);
  • Strong writing skills for blog content creation;
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools (Amazon Associates, Reward Style);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills;
  • Adaptability to evolving trends and technologies in digital media;
  • Basic graphic design skills;
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently;
  • Previous project management experience is a plus;
  • Criminal record and background check required;
  • Valid full driver's license with a clean driver's abstract is required.

We expect this role to begin in May, with an annual compensation range of $42,000 to $50,000, depending on experience and work schedule.
