We are looking for an HVAC Service Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department. We are a commercial and light industrial Service Company.

Job Title: HVAC Service Manager
Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 annually
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Location: Saskatoon, SK

Essential Job duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operation of the service department
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Providing leadership and direction to the team, with training and evaluation of job performance
- Quality assurance of all service reports (auditing for quality and consistency)
- Support technicians in the field with estimating, questions and customer needs
- Scheduling for service & maintenance
- Manage service projects and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs.
- Working with the management team regarding profitability and P&L
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations
- Ensure completion of job tickets
- Fostering excellent relationships and communication with customers and resolving issues
- Provide quotes for repairs or installations of HVAC systems
Job Requirements:
- 5 + years of formal management experience
- Continues improvement mindset
- P&L experience
- Direct experience working with customers and problem-solving
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Experience using modern technology
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Database experience
- QuickBooks
- HVAC industry experience desired but not required
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Engineer, Business Administration or similar vocation desired
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
