- Address concerns, mediate conflicts, and conduct investigations when needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and manage employee benefits enrollment.
- Verify payroll accuracy and conduct salary benchmarking.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Conduct sessions on compliance, safety, and customer service.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure employee growth.
Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers onperformance improvement and career growth.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
Compliance & HR Policy Development
- Ensure all HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and uphold confidentiality.
Health & Safety
- Oversee workplace safety programs and conduct regular audits.
- Address safety concerns and maintain compliance with regulations.
HR Metrics & Strategy
- Track and analyze HR metrics to enhance recruitment, retention, and overall effectiveness.
