Role: Technical Specialist.
Location: Brampton, ON (Onsite).
Duration: 12+ Months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for Client OSS EMS team.
- Coordinating all project activities and ensuring alignment with SLAs.
- Oversee NMS Tools upgrades, patch prioritization, and deployment schedules in collaboration with Client' QA, patching, and technical teams.
- Manage risk assessments, change documentation, and CAB process adherence during production deployments.
- Ensure timely knowledge transfer, documentation updates, and compliance with Client' security/operational standards.
Skills:
- Proven experience in managing and coordination deliveries in a multi-vendor EMS environment comprising of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, CAB, and telecom network operations.
- Strong understanding oof Change management, change reporting, risk management and mitigation, and post change validations.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in process improvement In the area of application deployment, upgrade, patching, documentation to achieve continuous improvement.
