Job Overview:
Partner Staffing, on behalf of our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Family Residential Construction Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing multi-family residential construction projects, with a strong ability to oversee the day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the construction process, leading the on-site team, and collaborating with contractors, architects, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family residential construction projects from start to finish.
Team Leadership: Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers. Ensure effective communication and coordination between all team members.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and final project completion.
Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work is completed according to design specifications, building codes, and company standards. Perform regular quality inspections.
Budget Management: Monitor and track project costs to ensure that the project stays within budget. Address any cost overruns and manage change orders as necessary.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all workers. Ensure that OSHA regulations and safety standards are strictly adhered to.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, including supply chain delays, design changes, or unforeseen site conditions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and project photos. Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and completed on schedule.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with client goals and specifications.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically in multi-family residential construction.
Proven track record of successfully completing multi-family residential projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
Proficient in construction management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
