We're searching for a Toronto based Commercial Operations Intern to join our Deal Desk team, so that we can build an AI chatbot to support our low touch, high volume Deal Desk requests. Deal Desk is a crucial function within RLDatix and is responsible for handling all requests from Sales, such as: client information, invoice queries, and commercial negotiations. The Deal Desk Intern will support the AI Chatbot initiative from start to finish in order to lead the process improvement charge at RLDatix.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Map out Deal Desk processes to identify which queries/tasks can be better facilitated by AI, and subsequently develop process flows for those queries/tasks

• Work across the business in order to map out branching of different Deal Desk requests

• Collaborate closely with our Salesforce vendors and Corporate Information Systems teams in order to assist in programming the chatbot

• Test, troubleshoot, and implement the AI chat bot in conjunction with the Corporate Information Systems team in order to ensure proper functioning

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

• Currently a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or similar major

• Proven success synthesizing information and collaborating with others

• Business acumen and basic understanding of AI

• Ability to commute to Toronto 50% of the month

• Sincere interest in SaaS, process improvement, and commercial operations

• A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
