How you'll make an impact:
The Sales Support Specialist is a key member of the Sales Operations team, supporting all aspects of the direct and programmatic sales processes, as well as providing support to members of the sales team and their clients/agencies.
Pay and benefits:
- Hourly pay: $33/hr CAD
- Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Toronto, ON, Canada - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Toronto office)
- T4 Employment
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
What you'll do:
Collaborating with the Canada Sales team in maintaining client relationships, assisting to drive business across both Direct and Programmatic. In this role, you will be expected to support the following responsibilities:
- Media Plan Development.
- Direct and programmatic advertising campaign setup, pacing and optimization management, and assistance with administration requirementl
- Ad campaign reporting and post campaign analysis.
- Programmatic set up, reporting and optimization in collaboration with programmatic trades desks and DSPs.
- Support all client service leads with guidance and actionable itemsl
What you'll need:
- 2+ years proven programmatic advertising sales, operations, or buy-side success and strong history of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience working in Programmatic (DSP, Agency Trading Desk, or Publisher sales) or similarly technical media including ad networks
- Outstanding attention to detail with ability to maintain high levels of accuracy within deadline- driven environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience within the audio market specifically, as well as knowledge of Salesforce a strong plus.
