We are seeking a motivated and talented Project Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will work alongside several branches of the organization applying the latest in marketing to the real estate industry. Our client is a growing organization that specializes in residential, commercial, hospitality, and agriculture, with the addition of several developments across Ontario. Our ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly self-driven, and has a passion for marketing.

Responsibilities

- Support with market research across several cities in the province to develop key personas and understand the rental market.

- Analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness, both B2B and B2C.

- Create listing ads that market our available units.

- Create and write engaging content for social media platforms.

- Develop inspirational designs based on branding strategy and marketing fundamentals.

- Support the organization in minor design collateral and email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications/Skills

- Honours BCom Digital Marketing or related

- Enthusiasm to learn and grow.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Experience with Google Ads, copywriting, and email marketing.

- Experience with CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an asset.
