About the Role

AsProperty Care Sales, youll be the first point of contact for clients seeking expert property care. Youll guide them through the process, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions for garden maintenance, mowing services, small landscape projects, and snow removal.

This role is ideal for amotivated, customer-focused salespersonwho enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Qualify and convert inbound leads for garden maintenance, lawn care, small landscape projects, and snow removal

Conduct site visits, assess gardens, and provide expert property care recommendations

Prepare and present detailed proposals

Achieve aclosing ratio of 70-80% on qualified leads

Maintainfast response times (under 24 hours)for new inquiries

UseCRM (Copper) and LMN softwareto track sales, leads, and proposals

Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with the design team on small landscape projects

Generate new business by networking with neighbors of existing clients and industry events

Work closely with Property Care and Production Managers to ensure seamless project handoffs

What You Bring

Proven sales experiencein landscaping, property care, or a related field

Stronghorticulture knowledgeand design sense for outdoor spaces

Excellentnegotiation and communication skillsyou connect well with clients!

Ability tomultitask in a fast-paced environmentwhile staying detail-oriented

Strong estimating skills and comfort using CRM & proposal software (LMN, Copper, Smartsheet, etc.)

Experience insnow & ice managementis a plus!

Avalid drivers license
