Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives within the food products sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, market trends, and innovations in the food industry.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to both individual and team success.
- Market Analysis: Understand market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.
- 3–5 years of experience working as an Outside Sales Representative, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector.
- Strong FMCG sales background, with experience in selling food products that have a short lifespan (perishable goods).
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
