About the Position:We are looking for someone who is interested in learning about Canadian Energy products and interacting with customers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to select the Canadian Energy product that is best for their needs. This position will be responsible for contributing to the delivery and shipment of Canadian Energy products. The Branch Associate will ensure seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items and is responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. The Branch Associate will operate a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
As a Canadian Energy team member, a typical week will include the following:
Shipping and Receiving.Assist in all aspects of warehouse duties including labeling of product, preparation of shipping documentation, inventory counts and general cleanup/maintenance. Load and unload trucks/trailers. Put away stock and pick orders.
Customer Service.Youll provide a truly Canadian experience for our customers on the front counter and by telephone. Improve value for the customer by offering new products and services or by consolidating their purchases.
Operations.Assist with administration i.e., issue invoices and manage customer accounts in Company ERP system including order-taking, order-entry and order fulfillment.
Safety.Consistently uphold all company culture, health and safety, security and operational policies and procedures. Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques.

Equipment.Safely operate power and manual lift equipment.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Location:

The Branch is not accessible via public transportation; the selected candidate will need to have a reliable way to commute to the Branch each workday.


Requirements:

- Able to consistently and safely lift 50 pounds.

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Previous experience in the automotive industry.

- Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment experience.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow direction.

- Class 5 driving license.

- The ability to pass a background check and provide a drivers abstract.

Compensation:

- $35,000 to $48,000 annually
