Senior Data Intelligence AnalystAre you ready to take your analytical skills to the next level? We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to help drive strategic decisions, optimize business performance, and provide valuable insights across the organization. You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team, where your insights will directly impact business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Insights & Strategic Decision Support: Dive into large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You'll provide data-driven recommendations to help shape both short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Design automated dashboards and detailed reports to track key metrics. Monitor the performance of products, campaigns, and revenue-generating initiatives, making sure everything is aligned with business goals.
  • Financial & Revenue Optimization: Use data to evaluate financial performance, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with teams to enhance revenue generation strategies and optimize costs.
  • Product and Process Improvement: Collaborate with product teams to offer data-driven recommendations that can enhance product features and improve overall performance. Apply insights to refine game features and increase player engagement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to drive better results.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of analytics trends, learning new techniques and technologies to enhance data structuring and business intelligence. Keep the organization on track with best practices in analytics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in SQL with experience handling complex data queries. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS) and reporting platforms like PowerBI is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail. You can take raw data and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex data into clear, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
  • Previous managerial experience is an advantage, as well as experience in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
