- Experience: 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SQL with experience handling complex data queries. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS) and reporting platforms like PowerBI is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail. You can take raw data and transform it into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex data into clear, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Educational Background: A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Previous managerial experience is an advantage, as well as experience in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
