POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor

LOCATION: Brampton, ON

STATUS: Full-time, Permanent

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree with 5+ years in maintenance management and CMMS experience.

• Valid Millwright or Electrician license

• Familiar with automation and lean manufacturing processes.

• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, CFIA, WHMIS) and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Overview:

• Manage maintenance activities, schedules, repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to drive strong performance and development.

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost equipment efficiency and reliability.

• Oversee budgets, inventory, vendors, and ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness.
