Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in high-ticket B2B SaaS sales.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate excels at outbound prospecting and lead nurturing, particularly within the US mid-market and enterprise segments.

In this role, you'll play a key part in building and supporting our outbound B2B SaaS sales pipeline. Using a mix of email, phone, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools, youll identify and qualify new business opportunities, engage prospects, and schedule product demos that move deals forward.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Product Offerings and Customer Segments:Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to prospective customers. Analyze and identify the ideal target audience within the market.
  • Prospect and Qualify Leads:Leverage outbound strategies, such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify potential customers. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Handle Inbound Inquiries:Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries, evaluate their requirements, and determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing to generate resultsWork hand-in-hand with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and maximize impact. Share insights from real conversations to help refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting. Use LinkedIn, phone, and personalized email sequences to connect with prospectswhile continuously feeding back what resonates to strengthen the entire go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives:Work closely with Sales Executives by scheduling qualification calls and product demos. Provide them with detailed information to ensure effective follow-ups and closure of deals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 13 years in a Sales Development or Business Development role within a B2B SaaS, IT Software sales.
  • Market Focus: Proven ability to engage with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Outreach Skills: Expertise in using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, social selling, and sales automation tools.
  • US Market Exposure: Hands-on experience in pipeline generation, prospecting, and top-of-funnel activities for US-based accounts.
  • Availability: Willingness to work USA business hours to align with client time zones.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong background in initiating and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Good to Have
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms such as 6Sense, Warmly, HubSpot, or similar systems.
