Administrative Assistant – Manufacturing- Burlington
Location: Burlington, ON (In-Office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $50K-$65K plus benefits

What You'll Do:
Assist with shipping documentation and coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain and organize health & safety documents to ensure compliance.
Process and track invoices to support accurate financial records.
Manage data entry and updates in our CRM system to keep records organized.
Provide general administrative support across departments, including emails, reports, and filing.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and invoicing software is beneficial.
