From onboarding new hires and supporting leadership development to driving cross-regional alignment and delivering engaging training sessions, this role is essential to build a thriving culture of continuous learning. Youll play a key role in delivering programs that support our teams across North America and India, ensuring every Vendastian has the tools, knowledge, and experiences they need to succeed.
In addition to learning programs, this role also plays a key part in knowledge managementensuring the right information is accessible, current, and structured; readable by both employees and AI. Whether its organizing information for our internal knowledge base, or writing content that trains both people and our internal AI assistants, your ability to scaffold and communicate clearly will drive how we learn at scale.
Your Impact
As a Learning Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with the People Operations team, global Learning Experience Coordinators, and instructional designers to:
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries about Vendastas learning programs across regions and divisions.
- Manage logistics for internal learning programs including scheduling, resources, and maintaining the learning calendar.
- Promote Vendastas learning offerings with clear, engaging communication strategies.
- Facilitate New Hire Academy sessions and expand into delivery of additional programs based on annual goals.
- Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.
- Collect and analyze feedback from programs, turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Assist with content development, quality assurance, and design of learning materials including presentations, courses, microlearnings, and strategic documentation.
- Conduct cross-divisional needs assessments to inform future learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning strategies with company-wide goals.
- Possess foundational AI literacy skills that translate into utilizing AI to power learning-related workflows
- Organize, write, and maintain internal knowledge in a way that is intuitive for human learners and structured for AI comprehension and retrieval
- Support knowledge sharing across teams by managing and maintaining content in our AI-powered knowledge-sharing systems
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Teaching, Human Resources, Product Marketing or a related fieldideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven experience facilitating training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Strong understanding of L&D best practices and learning operations.
- Experience administering and managing Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze feedback and apply insights to improve training outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning technologies.
- Comfort working with global teams across time zones.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate instructional design, content generation, and assessment development is an asset.
