We are currently hiring a BIM Coordinator based out of our Vancouver office. The BIM Coordinator is responsible for developing structural BIM models and producing drawings, while managing low-complexity projects to ensure alignment with the structural scheme and project delivery plan. Youll work closely with internal and external project teams to coordinate and resolve design and model issues, and apply your conceptual understanding of structural systems to support project success.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Adhere and maintain the companys BIM model and drawing standards.
- Work with efficiency in Revit Structure, Bluebeam, and ACC.
- Develop engineers' concepts, mark-ups, and sketches into accurate LOD 300 models and drawing packages.
- Task delegation and mentoring of BIM Technicians.
- Provide construction administration documentation support and/or perform low complexity site reviews.
- Participation in BIM department goals.
How you fit into the team:
- You report directly to the BIM Manager.
- You work closely with one or more Studio Teams.
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum four years of relevant Structural Revit experience.
- Intermediate Revit and BIM skills.
- Certificate or Diploma in Civil/Structural Technology or related field with relevant work experience.
- Registered member of ASTTBC or ability to become registered.
