Position Overview:
Teldon Media Groups Marketing team is growing and were on the hunt for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to help bring our creative campaigns to life and support our team!
In this role, you will assist in executing email campaigns, creating client marketing materials, and managing content across various digital platforms. You will work with CRM tools and databases to keep client records and campaign details accurate and organized. Additionally, you will help with coordinating social media campaigns and collaborate closely with the design and marketing team to execute creative, results-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaigns: Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns; segment lists and report on performance metrics.
- Client Marketing Materials: Coordinate and create personalized marketing materials using tools like Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate customer data within CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset) and support marketing outreach efforts.
- Social Media Coordination: Assist in executing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Content Development: Write and edit marketing copy for emails, digital materials, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone, voice and grammar.
- Website Support: Update website content and assist with design changes (WordPress knowledge is an asset).
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, including calendar programs, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Project Management: Track timelines and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role is preferred but not required (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Constant Contact or similar platforms
- CRM Experience: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer database management
- Creative Tools: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for designing print and digital materials
- Social Media: Hands-on experience in social media content creation and scheduling.
- Copywriting: Excellent English spelling and grammar skills with strong attention to tone and clarity.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel skills are a plus for organizing and reporting on campaign data.
Salary: $50,000 annually
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time Monday-Friday role that is located onsite at our office in Richmond, BC.
