Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join the Ads Interface team. This team builds products and features to enable their sellers to create, manage and measure the performance of their advising campaigns using advertising platforms. This role will be responsible for building robust capabilities & delightful experiences for eBay's Campaign Management interfaces and all seller touchpoints. As a part of the team, you will work closely with senior product managers with other product areas. Your focus will be on driving key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring execution excellence, while also contributing to broader strategic discussions.

Rate: $35 - $40 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Own the key components of the Advertising Experiences and Interfaces.
- Contribute to long-term vision and roadmap discussions while ensuring near-term execution aligns with strategic goals.
- Define and drive product requirements for advertising solutions, ensuring scalability, accuracy of data, and usability.
- Redefine user interfaces and interaction models leveraging AI and GenAI.
- Partner with seller-facing teams, engineering, data science, and UX teams to build robust solutions.
- Work with internal stakeholders (product marketing, go-to-market) to gather inputs and feedback, to refine capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign management products based on customer needs, industry trends and data-driven insights.
- Give equal attention to desktop sellers, mobile sellers, and even partners and sellers connecting through API.
- Strive for parity of data with other seller-facing verticals of the larger Selling Experience domains.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage trade-offs between features, technical constraints, and business needs.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, compliance with privacy regulations, and most importantly the ease of access.
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in advertising, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach.
- Proven impact on delivering value to customers.
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively to meet goals.
- Proficiency in analytics tools meant for product management (Tableau, Amplitude).
- Familiarity with ad tech ecosystems, and APIs.
- Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging across technical levels.
- Experience collaborating with the engineering team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
