About Value Builder:

Founded by John Warrillow, author of the bestselling book Built to Sell, Value Builder helps small business owners increase the value of their companies. Inspired by the books core principles, we provide a comprehensive system that empowers entrepreneurs to build scalable, transferable businesses.

Our platform offers three key features:

  • Value Assessment Toolset: Owner-friendly assessments that provide a 360-degree view of company value and exit readiness.
  • Marketing System: Helps advisors position themselves as thought leaders and identify business owners open to The End Game Conversation.
  • Coaching Platform: Guides business owners on strategies to improve their Value Builder Score and overall business worth.

Our network of 1,000+ professional advisors has facilitated over 80,000 strategic conversations using our assessments. Advisors who incorporate The Value Builder Report into their sales process typically see a 60% increase in fees by transforming their coaching from a perceived expense into a valuable investment.

We also offer VidGuide, a tool that enables business owners to document their processes with video, helping their businesses run independently of them.
