Knowledge & experience in the concrete industry.
General knowledge of testing concrete & aggregates.
Geographic knowledge of Simcoe County & Muskoka.
Understanding of the Highway Traffic Act & Municipalities By laws.
Ability to transport material with attention to detail & emphasis on safety.
Load truck with necessary aggregates, sand & cement powder according to prescribed procedures, including water & other required additives.
Mix & prepare concrete batch at job sites in accordance to order specifications, using approved mix designs.
Discharge concrete, involving deployment of extension chutes, placing on main chute, driving in & out of areas with heavy pedestrian traffic & various construction obstacles.
