???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Provide support and guidance to enhance the team's proficiency in sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate engagement
- While the primary focus of this role will be on technology, (web, Full Stack, Sales forces developers) support for other functions will also be required as needed
- Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness
- Support initiatives to ensure the seamless integration of tools, systems, and workflows within the talent acquisition function
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing data-driven insights on time-to-fill, candidate quality, market trends, and hiring best practices
- Offer expertise in designing effective interview frameworks, competency-based evaluations, and equitable assessment methodologies
- Guide hiring managers and interview panels to improve their readiness and ensure consistent, unbiased, and high-quality candidate evaluations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making
- Partner with the People Operations team to ensure seamless workflows and integration of recruitment with broader people strategies
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelors degree and or CPHR certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in both agency and in-house settings
- Demonstrated ability to design, refine, and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability
- Strong ability to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and long-term goals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency
- Skilled in analyzing and leveraging recruitment metrics to inform decisions and strategies.
- In-depth understanding of and commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment
- Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance, and recruitment best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
