As we embark on an ambitious new strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to the CEO to play a key role in supporting our CEO and the the team around them.
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the CEO's strategic partner, ensuring they can focus on high-impact priorities. This role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and an ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will balance structure with flexibility, ensuring the CEO operates at their best—both professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Time & Priorities:
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and provide creative solutions to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain key relationships and stakeholder tracking to enhance executive effectiveness.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle executive inbox management, expense reconciliation, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and manage ELT meetings, ensuring follow-ups and action items are tracked.
- Coordinate seamless travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO, ELT, and Board.
- Support event planning, ensuring high-impact engagement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 8+ years supporting C-suite executives (CEO-level experience preferred). Exposure to entrepreneurial or association environments is a plus.
- Expert Organizer: You excel at managing competing priorities and ensuring efficiency.
- Outstanding Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at managing interactions with senior leaders, board members, and external partners.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and executive productivity tools.
