The Role

We are seeking a Director of Programming to lead the strategic development and oversight of our clinical and non-clinical programs. This senior leadership role ensures that our programs drive meaningful participant outcomes, meet compliance standards, and operate with excellence. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to align systems, resources, and policies for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all programs.
  • Oversee participant care plans, service models, and evidence-based program strategies.
  • Oversee the development and evaluation of care plans, service models, and curricula tailored to participant needs, fostering a strategic continuum of care outlook.
  • Develop and implement systems to track and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire program managers and staff.
  • Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and funders.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Team, contributing to organizational strategy.

What You Bring

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 710 years of leadership experience in program management, preferably in social services or addiction recovery.
  • Proven ability to develop and oversee effective programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills.
  • Budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance management expertise.
  • A personal relationship with Jesus and alignment with our Statement of Faith.

This position reports to the Executive Director and leads a team of 6-8 direct reports. The role is primarily in-office, with some travel between locations in Chilliwack.
