We are currently seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the lithium-ion battery for MHE industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients in various sectors, including automotive, food and beverage, and other key applications. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the GTA.

A day in the job

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and expand business with existing clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, attending trade shows, and networking with key stakeholders.
  • Present and promote our energy as a service solutions to potential and existing clients, highlighting product benefits and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide strategic insights to the sales and product development teams.

What we would like to see in your profile

  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the lithium-ion battery, energy storage, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and effectively convey them to customers.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience working with clients in the electric vehicle (EV), renewable energy, or industrial battery sectors.
  • Familiarity with lithium-ion battery technologies and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
