Job Description

• Assess, diagnose, treatment plan comprehensive and specific care needs
• Provide patient education, problem identification, prognostication, and informed treatment options
• Restorative, prosthetic, surgical and full scope care (within scope)
• Communicate with specialists and referral partners to support ideal patient care outcomes
• Lead a small pod team to deliver on-time patient care
• Provide recall examinations for Registered Dental Hygienists
• Daily charting of care and patient communication

Opportunities available on the following days:

Monday 7:45-8:00 or 3:00-8:00

Tuesday 3:00-8:00

Wednesday 3:00-8:00

Thursday 3:00-8:00 (alternating)

Friday

Saturday 7:45-4:00 (2 or more per month)

• We are looking for someone available to work 2 or more of those days listed above
• There are also opportunities to pick up additional or extended hours Monday to Friday when other associates are out of office or as they become available.

It's a large practice, so we work in Teams made up of:

• 1 Dentist
• 1 level II Chairside Dental Assistant
• 2-3 Registered Dental Hygienists
• 1 CDA (floater) shared by the Team
• 1 Admin
• 1 Treatment Coordinator
• Shared Sterilization Technician shared by the Team
