The Angus Reid Group is looking for a Senior Project Managerto join our Operations team on a full-time basis. You will have the opportunity to learn from a team of technical experts and influence our future growth. You will play an active roll in supporting our Operations Directors and Technical Lead to manage projects, undertake quality assurance tasks, and optimize operations processes and workflows. You will use technology in a way that aligns with our business goals and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to define project specifications, and confirming and communicating project schedules, logistics, and details in writing to the project team.
• Programming surveys and creating sampling frames that satisfy the project needs.
• Performing quality assurance checks during the projects life cycle.
• Exporting data files on industry leading market research software platforms and technology, with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
• Coordinating between internal departments to successfully meet project deadlines.
• Identifying potential problems and recommending solutions.

Requirements

• Previous survey programming or market research experience is required.
• University Degree in a relevant discipline or College Diploma (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and logic skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced small business environment and to move quickly between different projects while learning new technology.
• Strong communication skills, proactive nature, and good at managing time.
• Team oriented: enjoys collaborating with both local and remote team members.
• Can meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge or experience in these computer skills also an asset: JavaScript / jQuery, HTML / CSS
