Responsibilities
Oversee cladding installation projects ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of cladding projects.
Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site to prevent accidents.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide project updates.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Experience/Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in cladding or construction supervision.
Strong understanding of cladding materials, techniques, and safety standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide field teams.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
Set up and manage project contract, budget, and cost
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Coordinate material, and equipment
Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents
Ensure all specifications, details, and applicable building codes are met
Develop and monitor quality control documents including shop drawings, submittals, and field reports
Maintain and develop relationships with customers and consultants
Visit sites and meet with G.C.'s / owners to coordinated start dates, site logistics, project readiness and schedule
