Hourly: $23$25/hr (Labourer) | Could be up to $40 based on experience

What Youll Do

• Install waterproofing systems using industry-recognized products

• Perform physically demanding labour outdoors in all weather conditions

• Carry and lift materials up to 50 lbs

• Use hand tools and other equipment safely and effectively

• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites

• Follow all safety policies and site procedures

• Work collaboratively with a professional and supportive site crew

What You Bring to the Team

• Valid BC drivers license and reliable transportation (required)

• Previous experience is highly valued

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team

• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks
