operational efficiency and supporting the implementation of process improvements and quality across manufacturing
operations. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement
strategies that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall process quality. You will be involved in
optimizing production workflows, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and supporting the integration of
new machineries, equipment and technologies. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving
skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design development: Design, develop and support implementation of new or modified manufacturing
processes and/or new plant facility / production line, set up, and scaling of infrastructure to meet production
goals particularly focusing on printing and flexible packaging (e.g. pouching). Setting up stations,
considering all aspects of safety, quality and operation in process flow and layout.
Technology Integration Automation: Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies,
equipments automation, process instrumentation and process controls that improve production capabilities and
align with long-term process improvement objectives.
Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for
improvement. Refine process designs to optimize performance, reduce costs, and ensure operational consistency.
Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce
cycle times, and eliminate waste.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Support the development and monitoring of OEE metrics, aiming to
optimize machine utilization, reduce downtime, improve product quality and increase production efficiency.
Driving Process engineering Projects: Lead and/or participate in cross-functional process improvement projects,
ensuring timely execution, adherence to budgets, and successful outcomes. Develop project plans, set clear
objectives, and track progress to meet goals.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Calibration: Support to implement and schedule regular maintenance tasks to
ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of machinery. Ensure color consistency and
accurate calibration for the printing processes.
Training Development: Provide technical support and training to team members on process improvements and
best practices. Empower employees to contribute to continuous improvement efforts by promoting a culture of
innovation and problem-solving.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify trends and root causes of process and quality issues,
collaborating with teams to develop and implement CAPA-corrective and preventive actions and process
improvements.

Documentation Reporting: Develop SOPs, Work Instructions, layout, flow processes, and maintain detailed
records of process changes, performance metrics, and improvement outcomes. Prepare reports to communicate
results and progress to management and other stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure that all process improvements are in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support the implementation of quality assurance and quality control
measures to maintain high manufacturing standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operation, maintenance, product development, estimation, and other
departments to align improvement initiatives with quality standards and business goals.
