Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Client Solutions Coordinator to join our corporate team, based out of our Calgary or Edmonton office. The Client Solutions (CS) Coordinator role plays a critical role in the support of all business development activities to support Bantrel business sustainability and growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Solutions and collaborating closely with each of Bantrel's Client Solutions Managers, this coordinator position offers extensive exposure to EPC commercial, contractual, and project execution methodologies. The role also provides valuable visibility with Bantrel's executive leadership team and opportunities for periodic engagement with Bechtel's leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical proposal production. Will require writing execution plans and executive summaries
  • Work with discipline chiefs to provide nominations for proposal key resources
  • Take meeting minutes, internal expediting
  • Deliver value topics in CS and operation meetings
  • Participate in prime contract reviews, close hold items on contract documents
  • Organize proposal red team review meetings and other CS meetings as required
  • Opportunity to participate in external industry and community events
  • Coordinate with the CS team and external communications
  • Additional duties as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in the industrial construction and engineering business
  • Engineering/business/law degree or technologist with field or construction management experience
  • Minimum 1 construction site-based project
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
