Position Summary
TheParts Driveris a highly motivated and reliable individual responsible for delivering parts to various locations throughout the Lower Mainland. The primary responsibility is to deliver orders to customers in a safe and timely manner while providing superior customer service. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, the Parts Driver is a frontline customer service representative contributing to operational efficiencies within the organization. This role is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the automotive industry as there is a high potential for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up parts and equipment to customers in a safe, timely manner
- For all deliveries, ensure that payments have been received according to the invoice
- For all pick-ups, verify that purchase orders match the given invoice
- Ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and a high level of attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records and complete log entries for daily deliveries and pick-ups, requesting signatures as necessary
- Communicate with the Parts Department Team by reporting any delays or discrepancies

- Valid Driver LicenseClass 5with a clean drivers abstract

- Strong navigational and city driving skills
Logistical Requirements
This position is based at ourDueck Richmondlocation with a schedule requirement ofMonday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
