DescriptionHi, I am Kevin the Media Director for Pianote at Musora Media with our headquarters in Abbotsford, BC. We're an online music education brand on a mission to create more musicians and keep them playing longer.
Are you the glue that keeps creative projects running smoothly? In this role, you'll work alongside our team to bring big ideas to life—whether it's killer content, exciting product launches, or bold marketing initiatives. You'll be the go-to person connecting teams, keeping projects on track, and making sure every detail is spot-on. This role will have temporary employee status and as such you will be entitled to benefits after completion of the probation period. Coverage for this role for will be 12-18 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage brand-specific projects, collaborating with teams to drive growth.
  • Optimize workflows and maintain the social media calendar.
  • Manage the task system (Asana) and track brand marketing KPIs.
  • Assist with guest artist contracts and confidential company roadmaps.
  • Support content creation, from pre-production planning to asset management.
  • Coordinate studio bookings, master documents, and production schedules.
  • Participate in production (filming, editing, reviewing) for YouTube and social media.
  • Manage post-production workflows in Asana and oversee asset organization.
  • Ensure clear communication across teams and guest artists.
  • Publish content and write copy for YouTube and social media.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Knowledge/Education/Experience
    • 3+ years of Project Management-related experience in a corporate environment.
    • Music theory knowledge, with the ability to write, read, and proof notation/sheet music
    • Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
    • 2+ years of experience in music education and knowledge of current/past pedagogy
    • Video editing (basic)
