Are you a licensed real estate agent looking for an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career with a top-performing team? The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated, driven, and client-focused Realtor who is eager to grow, close more deals, and increase their earning potential.

As a Buyer's Sales Agent, you will have access to a proven lead structure, marketing support, and administrative assistance—allowing you to focus solely on working with buyers and closing transactions. Our team provides everything you need to succeed, from high-quality leads and expert training to full-scale marketing and operational support.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 + Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Client Consultation:

  • Meet with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the home-buying process, including financial planning and mortgage options.

Property Search and Showings:

  • Conduct thorough property searches using MLS listings and other resources to identify homes matching client criteria.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about each property's features and value.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory to offer clients actionable insights.
  • Provide competitive comparisons to help buyers make informed decisions.

Offer Preparation and Negotiation:

  • Assist clients in preparing competitive purchase offers considering market conditions and property value.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms, including price, contingencies, and closing timelines.

Due Diligence and Legal Compliance:

  • Guide clients through the due diligence process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and financing arrangements.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with Alberta's real estate laws and contractual obligations.

Documentation Management:

  • Prepare and manage contracts, addenda, purchase agreements, closing statements, and other documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of each transaction.

Client Communication and Financial Guidance:

  • Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed at every step.
  • Connect buyers with mortgage professionals and assist with mortgage pre-approval.

Customer Service and Networking:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry professionals such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions.

Open Houses and Lead Engagement:

  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and actively engage with pre-qualified leads to build relationships and close deals.

Market Expertise and Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on market conditions, local neighborhoods, and emerging real estate trends.
  • Engage in continuing education to remain current in the field and enhance expertise.

Goal Achievement:

  • Set and track sales goals, striving to meet or exceed targets within specified timeframes.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Licensing: Must hold a valid real estate license issued by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
  • Market Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Alberta's real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable deals and contracts for clients.
  • Client-Centric: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.
  • Ethical Standards: Adherence to the highest ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and industry professionals.
  • Continuing Education: Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and education to stay current in the field.
